We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days. Medical content reviews may take slightly longer as they require verification by our clinical team. For billing and account access issues, we prioritize response within 12 hours.
Yes. MedixGPT offers a free tier that includes 15 AI queries per day, access to standard AI models, DICOM image viewing, and clinical case simulations.
For heavier use, our Pro plans provide unlimited daily queries, access to advanced AI models, AI image generation, and priority support. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
No. MedixGPT is strictly an educational and informational tool. It must not be used to diagnose patients, prescribe medications, guide treatment plans, or support any clinical decision. AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions. MedixGPT supports DICOM (.dcm) files — the standard format used by radiology equipment, PACS systems, and hospitals worldwide. You can upload single DICOM slices or multi-frame series directly in the chat interface.
The built-in DICOM viewer supports window/level adjustment, zoom, pan, and multi-frame navigation. AI analysis of uploaded images is for educational purposes only and does not constitute a diagnostic interpretation.
Before uploading, ensure all patient-identifying information has been removed from the DICOM metadata. Do not upload real patient images without proper de-identification.

We take data security seriously. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted on our cloud infrastructure.
MedixGPT does not store Protected Health Information (PHI). We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and do not enter into Business Associate Agreements. You must not submit real patient data, identifiable health records, or any PHI to the platform.
Chat history is stored to your account and only accessible by you. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting ayush@medixgpt.com. For full details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time directly from your account settings:
If you experience any trouble cancelling, contact ayush@medixgpt.com and we will assist you immediately. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the charge.
